Since 1997, Steven Sandven has been advocating for ordinary people who have suffered injustice from an employer or government entity. Mr. Sandven is licensed to practice law before Minnesota courts, South Dakota courts, Washington DC court, the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and approximately 15 Tribal courts.

Over the last 15+ years, we have helped federally-recognized Indian tribes and individuals get their civil rights enforced and compensation they deserved in a wide array of state, tribal and federal courts.  We deliver prompt and efficient resolution for our clients’ legal problems from our primary office located in Beresford, South Dakota.
